Hogs win SEC opener 69-59

    Isaiah Joe knocks down a 3 vs Texas A&M

    The Arkansas Razorbacks won their SEC opener vs Texas A&M and moved to 12-1 on the season. Isaiah Joe and Mason Jones each had 17 points with Joe hitting 2 big back to back 3 pointers late in the game to seal the victory for the Hogs.

    Arkansas went to halftime up 42-33 but A&M came out scrapping in the 2nd half and got it to within 2 points several times with the last one coming at 52-50. The Hogs used 11 A&M turnovers in the 2nd half to pull away along with some key 3 pointers from Joe and Jones to provide the final 10 point cushion, 69-59.
